Booking direct will provide you with the opportunity to have a 15% discount. Booking fees are variable with slightly lower prices Mon-Thurs and higher prices during peak periods. Prices will also vary depending on how many guests are staying and the addition of pets. We also offer an a 10% discount for monthly bookings.
For direct bookings please follow the steps outlined below
1) Calculate your potential booking price by inputting your proposed dates and details to the Airbnb calendar. This will provide you with an estimated total booking fee and will automatically take into account any discounts for 7 day or monthly bookings, pets etc.
2) Either email us the details of the total quoted by Airbnb or detail this on the form below. We will then apply a 15% discount and send you a final quote with details for you to make payment . If the booking is made more than 30 days before the intended stay then a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the holiday begins then full payment is required.
3) Once we have received payment then an agreement exists between us on the terms and conditions and we will email you with a booking confirmation.
